Great article and points! It's troubling to see so many companies pay lip service to women, and other non-dominant groups, and then stepping away when it's no longer convenient. As we've seen too often here in the USA.
Also, it would be lovely to see @paygapapp available on other platforms than Twitter/X. I deleted my account when Musk took over, and I won't go back. Especially now.
